A $50 non-refundable deposit officially saves your spot and is applied to your party balance.
3. LET'S CELEBRATE! 🎉
Send us your final guest count and remaining balance at least 48 hours before the party—then show up ready to have fun.
FAQ
What ages are parties best for?
Our parties are great for kids of all ages! We customize the project and level of instruction based on the birthday child and their guests. Younger artists may need a little extra grown-up help, but we’ll be there to guide everyone along the way.
Can I bring cake or food?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, snacks, drinks, or other party food. We’ll make sure there’s time during your reservation for everyone to eat, celebrate, and sing Happy Birthday!
Can I bring decorations?
Of course! You’re welcome to bring decorations to match your party theme. We just ask that you keep setup simple enough to fit within your allotted setup time. Want us to handle the decorating instead? Ask about our party add-ons!
How early can we arrive?
You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for any last-minute setup. Our team will already have the creative space prepared and ready for your artists.
What happens if a guest cancels?
We know things happen! Please give us your final guest count before the party so we can prepare the correct number of projects. Because supplies may be prepared specifically for your guests, last-minute cancellations may still be included in your final balance.
Can siblings participate?
Absolutely! Siblings are welcome to create too. Any child participating in the party project will be included in your total artist count.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Popular dates can fill quickly, so the earlier you reserve your date, the better!
Can you match my child’s birthday theme?
YES! This is one of our favorite parts. 🎨 Tell us what your child loves—princesses, dinosaurs, Taylor Swift, sports, space, animals, their favorite character, or something completely unique—and we’ll work with you to coordinate a creative project that fits their celebration.
