How many guests do I need?
Private gatherings are designed for 6–12 artists. Have a larger group? Reach out—we may be able to accommodate parties of 12+ depending on the experience. Your current page already specifies the 6–12 range.

Can we bring food?
Absolutely! Studio Social guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks, and Signature Soirée guests receive a reserved table for their food spread.

Does everyone have to make the same project?
This depends on how you want to run parties. Personally, I'd strongly consider requiring the group to choose the same project type but allowing different designs. That makes prep/instruction much easier.

Do we have to be artistic?
Absolutely not! We'll guide you through the creative process. BYA is about having fun and making something you're proud of—not being a professional artist.

When do we choose our projects?
Final guest count and project selections are due 7 days before your event so everything can be prepared before your group arrives.

How far ahead should we book?
I'd say 2–4 weeks, especially for Friday and Saturday nights. Your current page already tells customers those nights fill quickly.
